Me Émilie Séguin

I have been a lawyer since 2015 and an accredited mediator since 2023. I practice civil litigation, mainly in real estate law, co-ownership, latent defects, construction defects, and insurance. In my work, I prioritize alternative dispute resolution methods, which generally  help save time, money, and energy. I observe that many co-ownership conflicts stem from a lack of information and communication. This observation drives me to support my clients with rigour, clarity, and sustainable solutions.
